As Factory Operational Technology Manager, you are at the heart of the site's industrial digital transformation, ensuring the deployment, performance, and evolution of OT technologies.

Main missions

1. Deployment & management of OT technologies
   • Ensure the deployment of OT solutions on the industrial site
   • Manage projects related to automation, robotics, and digitalization
   • Decline the group's OT roadmap at the local level
2. Industrial data management & EDGE layer
   • Master, implement, and operate the EDGE layer (data & applications)
   • Structure and maintain industrial data models
   • Ensure data availability and quality
3. Connectivity & IT/OT infrastructure
   • Supervise the connectivity of industrial equipment
   • Participate in the management and evolution of the infrastructure (networks, servers, ILAN)
   • Ensure cybersecurity and system performance
4. Industrial performance & innovation
   • Optimize installations through innovative solutions (automation, AI, vision, cobots...)
   • Propose and implement technical improvements
   • Contribute to the digitalization of industrial processes
5. Deployment of standards & applications
   • Implement group industrial standards (OPC UA, PackML, ISA...)
   • Deploy industrial business applications
   • Participate in the creation of specific solutions
6. Documentation & skills transfer
   • Keep technical documentation up-to-date (diagrams, programs...)
   • Train local teams on new technologies
   • Support the skills development of teams
7. Management & coordination
   • Monitor perimeter performance KPIs
   • Collaborate with IT, maintenance, production, and quality teams
   • Participate in group technical expertise groups

Required profile :

Engineer in automation, industrial IT, or equivalent, with 4 years of successful experience in an industrial environment. You have a good command of automated systems, IT/OT environments, and technical project management. Comfortable in complex contexts, you demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and good analytical skills. With good interpersonal skills, you know how to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and are motivated by the challenges of innovation and industrial digital transformation.
