Job :

Join our dynamic team in the Merchandising sector and take charge of the Field Manager Merchandising position in Casablanca. A unique opportunity to lead the merchandising strategy and ensure a strong presence in the field.

Your role will be to guarantee the excellence of merchandising strategy implementation throughout the territory, ensuring the perfect execution of layout plans and optimal product presentation at points of sale. You will actively contribute to achieving commercial objectives through rigorous management of field teams and constant performance analysis.

  • Supervise and lead in-store merchandising teams.
  • Ensure product placement compliance with defined standards.
  • Analyze performance data and propose corrective actions.
  • Manage the budget allocated to merchandising operations.
  • Train and support teams on new strategies and techniques.
  • Communicate and negotiate with the client

You will be responsible for the consistency of our brand image in-store and for the customer experience.


Required profile :

A Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in Commercial / Sales / Marketing fields.

Confirmed experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector, will be a major asset for success in this role.

  • Interpersonal skills and communication sense.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and proactivity.
  • Proficiency in English is a Must
