We are looking for a File Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will process files professionally and ethically, following applicable procedures, instructions, standards, and regulations.

Reporting to

Team Leader

Specific Responsibilities

• Process files in accordance with procedures, standards, and regulations.
• Identify/communicate inspection and sampling instructions.
• Prepare control reports.
• Ensure the closure of files in dedicated information systems.
• Complete daily entries for key performance indicators.
• Meet deadlines and maintain traceability of tasks performed.
• Ensure the classification and archiving of issued control reports.
• Coordinate with involved parties during interventions, if necessary.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and service needs.
• Promote and adhere to QHSE rules and procedures.

Required profile :

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in a technical field (chemistry, mechanics, electrical, industry, automotive...etc).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in international trade / logistics is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Language proficiency: Arabic, French, English required (written and spoken).
