Job :

Reporting to the Head of Economic and Operational Steering, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Management of 3 management controllers
• Financial and economic steering of AXA France operations located in Morocco
• Steering of monthly closings in conjunction with accounting teams
• Steering of Plan/Budget/Forecast processes in conjunction with operational directors and the central French finance department
• Monitoring and economic valuation of operational indicators
• Steering and optimization of AXA Services Maroc's shared costs in conjunction with functional departments (IT, Facility Management, Transport, etc.) and enrichment of existing KPIs,
• Maintain BCA for AXA Services Maroc's transformation projects
• Guarantee of consolidating the overall vision of AXA Services Maroc in conjunction with other Finance Business Partners and the accounting department
   

Required profile :

Holding a Master's degree in Management Control or Finance, you have a strong experience of 5 years as a senior management controller.

You have:

• Excellent command of the Office pack
• Experience in managing a team of management controllers
• Very good accounting background
• Project management
