The main mission of the Finance Business Support Recharging is to manage the recharging of projects from Innovation, Customer Experience (CXO), and Security Department (DSEC) to Group entities.
Activities:
- You are responsible for the recharging process, assisting operational staff in managing and recharging their projects, while respecting the defined budget framework.
- You are responsible for the data from the tools presented in the monthly reports.
- You ensure regular communication with your business partners (participating in certain team meetings, for example)
Your main activities include:
Project Monitoring
• You organize quarterly meetings with Corporate country managers and subsidiaries, mainly in English.
• You follow up on actions, and even follow up with operational staff and subsidiaries.
• You gather different information to ensure regular monitoring of country roadmaps in the reference Excel database.
• You request purchase orders from subsidiaries for invoicing for CXO and DSEC areas.
• You coordinate dispute management and facilitate the obtaining of information (identifying contacts, etc.).
• Management of invoicing for approved projects (50D)
• Management of debt collection together with the Recharging Sales Administration teams.
• Sending the list of projects to be invoiced to OMEA and its subsidiaries.
Closing and Analysis Management
• You ensure accounting closings for recharging (provisions).
• You write the comments for the monthly Preflash for innovation recharging.
• You monitor actuals in the Financial Information Systems (Magnitude, PowerBI) and update the monthly recharging dashboard.
• You respond to the analysis needs expressed by your partners.
• Management of intercompany transactions.
• Participation in Q3F: determination of actuals at the end of September for communication to Finance Partners.
In addition to these tasks, you will be involved in occasional projects and studies for the benefit of your department and the responsible Directorate.
Required profile :
- You are rigorous and organized
- You have knowledge in management control
- You know management applications (Avi-gestion, Magnitude, O Fusion..)
- You master office tools (Excel, PowerBI, ...) and know how to model data in Excel
- You enjoy teamwork and are appreciated for your communication and diplomacy skills
- English (written, spoken, and read) is mandatory
