Manpower is looking for its client, a multinational company, a Finance Expert M/F

You are responsible for the overall financial health of the company. You ensure rigorous financial planning, accurate reporting, and effective internal control. Your role is essential in supporting strategic decision-making by ensuring financial visibility and cost control, while ensuring regulatory compliance in a demanding industrial environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop financial statements and management reports
• Manage treasury, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Lead internal/external audits and regulatory compliance
• Analyze discrepancies and propose cost optimization plans
• Collaborate closely with operational teams and management

Required profile :

- Education: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or equivalent

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, ideally in the automotive sector

Expertise in financial reporting, management control, treasury, and audits

Proficiency in ERP tools (Sage X3) and advanced Excel

Analytical skills, rigor, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Good level of English
