Primarily for young people aged 18 to 35, the training offered by YouCode is free, professional, intensive, and requires no technical prerequisites or diplomas. Job :

YouCode is looking for a Web Development Trainer for immediate start in Youssoufia. Reporting to the School Director, their mission is to train students in the profession of web development and to support them in carrying out their daily projects. The trainer is responsible for the smooth running of the training and pedagogical progress, and will therefore be responsible for:

Participating in the recruitment of trainees;Leading group training sessions;Evaluating learning progress;Identifying and resolving individual learning difficulties;Ensuring communication with technical experts and other trainers;Supporting trainees in their efforts to achieve the desired qualification level;Facilitating meetings between trainees and the developer community (meetups, participation in local and regional events, etc.);Monitoring and supporting the class in its daily activities: learning by teaching activities, workshops, meetings, etc.;Contributing to the trainer's GitHub repository for trainees.

Required profile :

With higher education in IT/Web Development, you have at least 3 years of experience in web development.
You have a perfect command of Git versioning principles and know how to use one of the project management tools (especially agile project management).
You have in-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, professional social networks, SEO and SEM referencing, agile methodologies, and UX.
You master web languages (front end: HTML (5 if possible) CSS, JS and associated frameworks) and back end: JAVA, PHP, Ruby, or other, and their associated frameworks).
You are dynamic, a good teacher, and have strong analytical and conciliation skills.
You are recognized for your adaptability and anticipation skills, your selflessness, and your interpersonal skills.
