• Design, plan, and lead internal training sessions related to:
• Identify training needs and propose a structured annual plan;
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and updating of training content based on product, regulatory, and organizational changes;

• Monitor performance indicators related to training and evaluate the effectiveness of actions taken;

• Degree: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in Human Resources Management or related field
• Experience: 3 years minimum
Technical skills:
• Knowledge of products;
• Mastery of internal processes and quality standards;
• Knowledge of information systems;
• Knowledge of customer relationship management.
Behavioral skills and know-how:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French;
• Ability to lead training sessions in a structured and educational manner;
• Proactivity and a continuous improvement mindset;
• Punctuality and professional rigor.
