Job :

Our multinational company is hiring Bilingual FRENCH-ENGLISH customer service representatives for a leader in office supply distribution companies in Canada.

Your mission will be to:
• Enhance the brand image, products, and services.
• Know, master, and communicate procedures, specifics related to different product categories, general sales conditions, and legal obligations.
• Comply with the group's policy and procedures regarding security and confidentiality.


Required profile :

• Educated to high school diploma level or higher;
• Very good command of French and English, both spoken and written.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of empathy and understanding of the speaker's discourse and needs.
• Good knowledge of computer tools.
• Flexible schedule for night shifts.
