Job :

Main and permanent tasks of the job:

• Ensure the best possible performance of the entrusted equipment and installations, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
• Provide production with the necessary technical assistance for its proper operation.
• Ensure preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance.

Description of activities:

• Carry out and execute maintenance operations
• Execute interventions in compliance with:
  • Deadlines,
  • The pre-established schedule,
  • Hygiene and safety rules,
• Specific procedures in case of intervention during production
• Carry out the weekly maintenance program
• Participate in the reception and commissioning of new machines,
• Take corrective measures in case of technical anomalies that could compromise the safety, quality, and productivity of production tools.
• Propose technical improvements.

A. Occupational Health and Safety:

• Respect and enforce the processes and procedures of the quality, occupational health, and food safety system of the TANGER factory;
• Ensure that work clothes are compliant and clean.;
• Anticipate and react to workplace accident risks;
• Ensure the proper functioning of machine safety devices (guards and barriers);
• Immediately stop any intervention that is carried out without respecting safety rules.

B. Environment:

In addition to considering and applying the FBM factory's Environmental Charter, you must:

• Ensure compliance with the environmental quality system guidelines;
• Report environmental quality deviations with appropriate solutions for the installations and equipment under your responsibility;
• Respect environmental guidelines concerning consumption, disposal, and sorting of waste (Oils and grease...);
• Document non-conformities for each deviation.

C. Document Management/Quality:

• Ensure that reports for prolonged stoppages are properly drafted;
• Ensure that spare parts deviation sheets are duly filled out;
• Verify and control the filled-in Quality System Checklists;
• Ensure that maintenance interventions are carried out in compliance with hygiene and safety rules.

Required profile :

We are looking for a recent graduate with a DUT/BTS or Technical Baccalaureate, specializing in mechanics, refrigeration and air conditioning, electrical engineering, or electromechanical engineering, who is motivated and eager to learn and develop their technical skills. The position requires basic knowledge of dairy and cheese processes, mechanics, refrigeration, air conditioning, electricity, water treatment, and industrial automation, as well as the ability to read plans and diagrams, master industrial processes, and follow maintenance procedures. The candidate must be organized, able to anticipate and manage priorities, ensure safety, comply with regulations, work in a team, be available, and proficient with office tools, SAP (including CMMS and Purchasing) and other necessary ERP systems. Rigor, technical curiosity, commitment, and good interpersonal skills are essential, and proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is required.
