The role of the store manager is to develop, manage, and monitor the store's performance in order to grow turnover and profitability in line with the defined commercial strategy.
Missions:
· Manage, lead, and supervise a team.
· Oversee stock accuracy.
· Ensure proper reception of supplier orders, quality control, and stock checks.
· Manage open orders and consumables.
· Organize work and supervise the team.
· Leadership, Interpersonal and communication skills, Analytical & synthesis abilities,
· Initiative & responsiveness and Customer focus are the assets and key success factors for this position.
