the role of store manager is to develop, manage and monitor the store's performance in order to develop sales and profitability in line with the defined commercial strategy.
Missions :
• Manage, lead and supervise a team.
• Supervise the proper management of stocks.
• Ensure the proper reception of supplier orders, quality control and stock control.
• Manage open orders and consumables.
• Organize work and supervise the team.
• Leadership, Interpersonal & communication skills, Analytical & synthesis skills,
• Initiative & reactivity and Customer orientation; are the assets and key success factors for this position.
Profile sought :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher
- At least 3 years of experience in mass retail
- Ability to motivate and mobilize teams.
- Good people skills and field experience.
