We are looking for an Administrative Manager to join our Global Risk Management (GRM) unit. If you are dynamic and motivated, and wish to grow in a stimulating environment, this opportunity is for you!
Your mission:
As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative management of operations within your assigned scope.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Processing administrative files handled by the GRM unit (Contracts, Minutes, files..).
• Checking the content of files and ensuring all required administrative documents are present.
• Defining how to consult files and formalizing them within a procedure or instruction.
• Creating necessary dashboards and reports.
• Classifying and archiving processed files.
• Participating in any administrative operations of the unit if needed.
You hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Accounting, Management, or Audit, and you have previous experience in a similar role (including internships).
You have a thorough knowledge of administrative management and processing of banking operations. You are rigorous, organized, responsive, have strong interpersonal skills, and a keen sense for problem-solving.
