Job :

As part of our business development, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Customer Managers. If you meet these criteria and wish to grow in a stimulating environment, then this opportunity is for you. 

As a Customer Manager, your responsibilities will include:


• Welcoming and guiding individual and professional clients.
• Managing the cash desk and carrying out daily banking operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.).
• Ensuring cash management, with the Senior Customer Manager or Branch Manager (collecting or distributing funds, replenishing ATMs).
• Processing valuables and consolidating accounting records.
• Developing a client portfolio and selling simplified banking products.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current standards.


Required profile :

Bac+2/Bac+3 level education: BTS, DTS, DUT, DEUG, or Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Economics and Management, Accounting & Finance, or Commerce & Marketing.
• You are dynamic, independent, and a team player.
