Job :

As part of the development of our Branch network, we are recruiting Customer Managers.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

Ensure customer reception, manage current operations, and develop your portfolio commercially.
Handle the opening and closing tasks of the day.
Take charge of managing your secondary cash desk, proceed with processing counter operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, certifications, currency exchange, etc.)
Contribute to resolving complaints related to counter operations and manage customer requests and complaints by handling them directly or directing them to the right contact person.
Ensure, with the CCP or the Branch Manager, cash management (calling for or collecting funds, supplying ATMs).
Process securities (outgoing & incoming clearing and inter-branch) and centralize accounting days.
Manage, alone or with colleagues, the counter client portfolio, proceed with the marketing of simplified sales products, direct the client to the advisor for credit requests, other products, and account openings while contributing to internal acquisition.

Required profile :

Graduated with a Bac+2/Bac+3 degree such as BTS, DTS, DUT, DEUG, or Licence with a specialization in Economics and Management.

Good command of sales techniques or Commerce and Marketing.
