As part of the development of our Branch network, we are recruiting Customer Managers.
Your missions will be as follows:
Ensure customer reception, manage daily operations, and develop your portfolio commercially.
Handle the tasks for opening and closing the day.
Take charge of managing your secondary cash register, process counter operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, certifications, currency exchange, etc.)
Contribute to resolving claims related to counter operations and manage customer requests and claims by either handling them directly or directing them to the appropriate contact person.
Ensure treasury management (fund collection and distribution, ATM replenishment) with the CCP or Branch Manager.
Process securities (outgoing and incoming clearing, inter-branch) and centralize accounting daily summaries.
Manage the branch's customer portfolio, alone or with colleagues, carry out sales of simplified products, direct customers to advisors for credit applications, other products, and account openings, while contributing to internal customer acquisition.
Education: Bac+2/Bac+3 level (BTS, DTS, DUT, DEUG, or Bachelor's degree) with a specialization in Economics and Management.
Good command of sales techniques or Commerce and Marketing.
