Job :

As part of the development of our branch network, we are recruiting Customer Managers.

Your tasks will be as follows:

Ensure customer reception, management of current operations, and commercial development of your portfolio.
Handle the tasks of opening and closing the day.
Take charge of managing your secondary cash register, process counter operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, certifications, currency exchange, etc.)
Contribute to resolving complaints related to counter operations and manage customer requests and complaints by handling them directly or directing them to the appropriate contact person.
Ensure, with the CCP or the Branch Manager, treasury management (calling or collecting funds, supplying ATMs).
Process securities (outgoing & return compensation and inter-branch) and centralize accounting days.
Manage, alone or with colleagues, the portfolio of counter clients, carry out the commercialization of simplified sales products, direct the client to the advisor for credit applications, other products, and account openings, while contributing to internal customer acquisition.

Required profile :

Training Bac+2/Bac+3 such as BTS, DTS, DUT, DEUG, or Licence with a specialization in Economics and Management.

Good command of sales techniques or Commerce and Marketing.
