Created in 2003, under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Maritime Fisheries, the Royal Society for the Encouragement of the Horse (SOREC) has as its main missions the supervision of breeding, the development of horse racing and the management of horse racing games in Morocco.

By virtue of its mission, SOREC supervises racing companies, supports breeding programs as a partner of breeders' associations and ensures the improvement of national equestrian infrastructure.     

In addition, SOREC is engaged in a policy aimed at improving the competitiveness of Moroccan breeding and boosting the horse market.

SOREC covers the entire country with 5 stud farms, 43 stud stations and 11 equine breeding promotion centers, in addition to numerous collaborations with the main equine associations in the kingdom.

Job :

Reporting directly to the Head of the purchasing department, your main mission will be to manage stocks and orders to meet the needs expressed by the various entities.

 As such, your key activities will be:

Stock and Supply Management
- Manage physical stocks and supplies on the Dynamics AX system; - Monitor stock consumption physically and in the Dynamics AX system;

Order Planning
- Manage forecast orders based on identified needs; - Anticipate needs for stocked purchases to avoid stockouts;

Order Reception and Verification
- Verify the quality and quantity of orders upon receipt; - Record received orders in the Dynamics AX system;

Order Distribution
- Distribute received orders to the requesting entities efficiently and quickly.


Required profile :

As a potential candidate:

Profile sought:
You have a Bac +2/3 (Associate's or Bachelor's degree) in stock management, or equivalent, with 1 to 3 years of minimum experience in purchasing and stock management.

Required skills:
- In-depth knowledge of stock management techniques;
- Understanding of FIFO/LIFO methods; - Inventory management skills; - Ability to use computer tools and dedicated software; - Rigor and autonomy; - Sense of commitment, adaptation, initiative, and collaboration; - Communication and interpersonal skills; - Responsiveness and team spirit.
