Job :

• Management of government incentives related to investments in Production and R&D with Suppliers
• Consulting suppliers to initiate the incentives project
• Analysis and calculation of tooling investment and related subsidies
• Coordination and collaboration with different stakeholders (purchasing/accounting and treasury/ suppliers/government)
• Analyze supplier documents (Contracts, invoices, lists of parts, etc.).
• Create a summary per supplier/product category regarding production volumes and delivery sites
• Prepare tooling reimbursement files based on the summary.
• Ensure the submission of files within deadlines and monitor their progress.
• Prepare and submit one prior request (summarize key information about the investment) each week,
• Prepare and submit one disbursement request (detail the requested amount, and proof of investment payment.) each week

Required profile :

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Good communication skills in English and French
• Good knowledge of the automotive industry
• Project management
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the automotive sector
