Join our dynamic team in the Call Center sector in Casablanca! We are currently looking for a passionate and meticulous Car Insurance Claims Manager to join our company.

As a Car Insurance Claims Manager, your main role will be to ensure efficient and professional processing of claims files, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction.


Required profile :

To be eligible for this position, a Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year post-secondary degree) is required, ideally with a specialization in call center professions.

 

To excel in this role, several skills are essential:

  • Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written, is essential.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • A strong sense of customer service.
  • Good organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with computer tools and call center software.
  • A positive attitude, good stress management, and a strong team spirit.
