Job :

Missions:

• Receive automobile claims declarations
• Communicate with clients, insurers, and experts to get necessary information.
• Declare claims on different company platforms
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of files and document all processing steps
• Collaborate closely with company claims managers
• Contribute to improving claims management processes
• Participate in complaint management in collaboration with other teams.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• University degree or equivalent. Proven experience, at least 3 years, in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of automobile insurance policies and claims settlement procedures.
• Proficiency in computer tools and insurance management software (DIAM as well as company management systems)
• Sense of organization, thoroughness, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
