Job :

We are looking for a professional Receptionist for one of our clients, who will be responsible for providing quality reception and administrative support to management.

Main tasks:

  • Welcome visitors and direct them according to their requests.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide simple administrative support to management as needed.
  • Represent the company's image with professionalism.

Required profile :

  • Neat appearance and good service attitude.
  • Good oral communication in French and English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with executives.
  • Sense of organization, punctuality, and discretion.
  • Experience in a similar role desired.
