Job :

Your main tasks:

Manage recruitment from start to finish: selection, interviews, contracts, and onboarding.
Implement the training plan and support skills development.
Monitor annual performance reviews and support talent.
Ensure administrative management (payroll, leave, relations with the labor inspectorate, CNSS, etc.).
Advise and support managers in applying HR policies.
Produce and analyze HR KPIs for your area.

Required profile :


Profile sought:

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management or Human Resources.
First successful experience (3 to 5 years) in HR management.
Mastery of labor law and understanding of social relations.
Analytical mindset, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
