Main tasks:
Reporting to the Human Resources Department, your main responsibilities will be:
• Ensure administrative follow-up of staff;
• Participate in the daily management of HR operations;
• Guarantee the reliability and updating of HR data on Sage;
• Develop, analyze, and monitor HR indicators and dashboards;
• Monitor headcount, absenteeism, turnover, and HR KPIs;
• Participate in the preparation of payroll-related items;
• Produce monthly HR reports and statistical analyses;
• Participate in the improvement of HR processes and the optimization of management tools;
• Ensure compliance with labor law and internal procedures;
• Support managers on administrative and HR matters;
• Contribute to HR projects and the continuous improvement of the department
Key skills:
• Analysis of HR KPIs;
• Management and reliability of HR data;
• Reporting and dashboards;
• Administrative management of personnel;
• Proficiency in Sage HR tools and ERP.
