Job :

Within a dynamic healthcare facility in the Pharmacy / Health sector, an essential role awaits you as an Intensive Care Nurse in Nador. You will join a team dedicated to excellence in care, where your expertise will directly contribute to the well-being of patients in a stimulating environment.

Your main mission will be to ensure optimal and personalized care for critically ill patients. This will involve continuously monitoring their health status, anticipating potential complications, and implementing the most appropriate care protocols to ensure their recovery under the best conditions.

Your daily responsibilities will include rigorous monitoring of vital signs, managing specific medical devices for intensive care, administering prescribed treatments, and close collaboration with the medical team. You will play a crucial role in supporting patients and their families, providing clear information and assistance. Here is a more detailed overview of your tasks:

• Administration of treatments and medications.
• Continuous monitoring of vital signs and patients' clinical status.
• Implementation of hygiene and comfort care.
• Use and maintenance of specialized medical equipment.
• Collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintenance of patient records.

Required profile :

The ideal path for this position begins with a Bac +2 (Associate's degree or equivalent) education in the field of Health / Social professions. This solid academic foundation is essential to acquire the theoretical knowledge necessary for intensive care practice.

We are looking for someone who has consolidated their skills through professional experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in similar roles. This period has allowed you to develop recognized expertise in intensive care and ease in managing complex situations.
