Join our dynamic team as an Occupational Nurse in Casablanca. Your role will be central in promoting health and safety within our company, actively contributing to the well-being of our employees.

The main objective is to prevent occupational risks, monitor the health status of employees, and implement health promotion actions adapted to the company's context. You will be a key player in the continuous improvement of working conditions and the management of medical emergencies.

Your main missions will include:

• Participate in the assessment of occupational risks and propose preventive measures.
• Organize and provide first aid in case of accident or sudden illness.
• Manage the first aid kit and medical equipment.
• Raise awareness among staff on good hygiene and safety practices.
• Contribute to the implementation of prevention and health promotion programs.
• Keep employee medical records up to date in compliance with confidentiality.

Required profile :

You hold a 2-year post-secondary degree (Bac +2) in the Medical/Paramedical field.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is required, ideally gained in occupational health or an industrial environment.

To excel in this role, you have excellent clinical skills, a solid knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, and strong listening and communication abilities. You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and great empathy. Proficiency in first aid techniques is essential.
