To support our projects, we are looking for a graphic designer for a fixed-term contract.

Job :

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the graphic design and visual production of digital content and communication materials for the Digital Marketing department, serving a multi-brand portfolio.
He/She translates marketing and digital briefs into impactful visual creations, ensuring the consistency of each brand's visual identity across all media and platforms.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Graphic design & visual production:

• Conceive visuals for social networks (posts, stories, carousels, banners, short animations).
• Adapt brand graphic guidelines across all digital media (website, newsletters, emailing, display).
• Create multi-format adaptations and variations suitable for each platform (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

2. Brand identity respect and consistency

• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to the guidelines of each brand.
• Maintain the graphic tone in line with marketing strategy directions.
• Contribute to the evolution of graphic guidelines based on brand needs.

3. Collaboration & creative project management

• Work closely with the Community & Content Manager and Brand Managers to understand briefs and timelines for each brand.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously within deadlines.
• Be a creative force in brainstorming for campaigns and launches.

4. Creative monitoring & tool management

• Monitor trends in graphic design, formats, and digital creation tools.
• Optimize files and formats for different platforms (weight, resolution, ratio).
• Archive and organize the library of visuals and source files.
   

Required profile :

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Visual/Multimedia Communication, or equivalent.

You have 2 to 4 years of experience (freelance or mission) in graphic design / digital design, ideally in a multi-brand environment, agency, or marketing department.

Technical Skills:

• Perfect mastery of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut) is a plus.
• Good knowledge of social media formats and technical specifications (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Developed artistic sense, creativity, and rigor in execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within short deadlines.
