Job :
Reporting to the Agriculture and Rural Development Department, your mission will be:
- To ensure the management and execution of study projects relating to natural resources, the environment, soils, and water, from the scoping phase to the final delivery,
- To carry out and supervise specialized technical studies (soil diagnostics, soil analysis, water resource management and valorization, impact studies, etc.),
- To provide technical expertise in "Soils & Water," ensuring the scientific and methodological quality of deliverables,
- To coordinate field activities and ensure interface with various stakeholders (internal teams, partners, institutions, clients),
- To contribute to business development, particularly by supporting the preparation of technical and financial proposals,
- To participate in team supervision, skills transfer, and the development of junior staff competencies.

Required profile :
- Agronomist Engineer degree or equivalent, with a specialization in soil science, soils and water, or similar fields,
- Confirmed professional experience (minimum 5 years) in technical studies related to natural resources, the environment, or agriculture,
- Solid skills in project management, team coordination, and technical report writing,
- Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and good interpersonal aptitude,
- Mastery of analytical tools and methods related to soils, water, and the environment,
- Rigor, autonomy, and dynamism,
- Organization, availability, interface management,
- Team spirit.
