Join our dynamic company in the IT sector as a Radio Design Engineer in Rabat. This is a unique opportunity to put your expertise to work on innovative projects and shape the future of telecommunications.

As a Radio Design Engineer, your objectives will be to actively contribute to the development and optimization of wireless communication systems. You will play a key role in designing high-performance and reliable solutions, ensuring the best possible quality of service for our users.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and specify radio architectures for mobile networks.
• Analyze and model radio system performance.
• Participate in the validation and testing of new radio technologies.
• Collaborate with software and hardware development teams for solution integration.
• Follow technological evolutions and propose improvements.

   

Required profile :

To excel in this role, an education level of Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, with a specialization in Telecoms / Networks.

Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in a similar position is sought, allowing you to bring a concrete and operational perspective to technical challenges.

We are looking for someone with solid knowledge in radio engineering, signal processing, and communication systems. A good understanding of LTE, 5G standards and emerging technologies would be a major asset.

Your ability to work in a team, your rigor, and your problem-solving skills will be crucial for success.
