Job :

As part of this role, your main responsibilities will be:

Creation and management of indicators (KPI) adapted to business needs
Creation and configuration of Dynatrace/grafana panels (tiles) adapted to different real-time operational and decision-making needs.
Implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynatrace alerts (alerting profiles, anomaly detection, dynamic baselines, custom thresholds).
Update of dashboards / alerts in grafana.
Technical analysis in case of problems.
Unit technical tests.
Technical analysis and scoping with SPOs.
Follow-up of technical requests with suppliers (Aeris, Redbend).
Technical documentation on Confluence. 

Required profile :

Degree: Master's degree (Bac+5)

Experience: 3 to 5 years
