• Support in the financial and financial engineering field, and in mobilizing and managing funding;
• Monitoring and evaluation of the management and performance indicators of Public Services;

Our company supports players in the electricity, drinking water, and liquid sanitation distribution sector, particularly the newly established GCTs (Groups of Local Authorities) and SRM (Regional Multiservice Companies).

Job :

We are looking for a profile of "Hydraulic or Electrical Engineering Engineer" for our Entity in Agadir

Main missions of the position:

• Examine and study annual investment budgets, forward-looking programs, and multi-year investment plans;
• Ensure the monitoring of investment budget execution and carry out controls of investment projects through site visits;
• Value investment files;
• Examine tender files and assist in the award process of contracts (administrative opening, technical opening, validation of the technical evaluation report, financial opening …) ;
• Contribute to and examine the updating of the unit price list -BPU-.
• Prepare and launch technical audits, and monitor their execution;
• Audit the technical procedures in place;
• Monitor the performance of technical operations, ensuring that contractual objectives are met;
• Monitor the evolution of techniques, technologies, standards, and regulations;
• Control the improvement of the management and operation of networks and ensure the implementation of the necessary means and tools for technical management;
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of network plans on the GIS;
• Ensure the implementation of the decisions of the Monitoring Committee concerning investments.
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• You have a State Engineer diploma or equivalent in hydraulics or Electrical Engineering.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in the field.
• You have good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office)
• Proficiency in technical software related to the activity is an asset.
