Job :

As part of our business development, we are looking for a Civil Engineering Engineer specializing in reinforced concrete structures. You will be responsible for the design, sizing, and optimization of structures, while ensuring coordination between the design, manufacturing, and site teams. Your expertise will contribute to guaranteeing the quality, safety, and economic performance of projects.

Your missions
Studies and structural calculations
Perform sizing of reinforced concrete elements.
Determine the necessary steel sections in accordance with current standards.
Calculate lap lengths, reinforcement, and shaping of rebar.
Design and development of execution plans
Supervise or carry out structural modeling.
Produce and validate execution plans.
Prepare rebar lists: cutting lists, quantities, and shaping details for manufacturing.
Technical and economic optimization
Analyze and optimize the quantities of steel used in structures.
Improve steel/concrete ratios to reduce construction costs while ensuring structural safety and compliance.
Propose innovative and efficient technical solutions.
Coordination with manufacturing and site
Act as the interface with rebar cutting and shaping factories.
Plan deliveries according to work progress.
Check the compliance of reinforcement on site before concrete pouring.
Support operational teams in resolving technical issues.

Required profile :

Graduate of a Civil Engineering school or equivalent.
Significant experience in the calculation and design of reinforced concrete structures.
Proficiency in structural calculation and modeling software.
Good knowledge of construction standards and reinforcement rules.
Ability to analyze and optimize technical solutions with a focus on economic performance.
Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders (design office, factory, site).
Rigor, organizational skills, autonomy, and team spirit.
Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
