Job :

The consultant will work in the Imaging scope as part of a Perceived Quality activity, responsible for detecting, analyzing, and reporting defects in the interior parts of the vehicle and coordinating with the Stamping, Assembly, and Design departments.

• Solid skills in Assembly: Detecting defects in the interior parts of the Vehicle.
• Mastery of Stamping processes
• Management of geometric convergences
• Analysis of the geometries of the architecture and Stamping bodies
• Definition of control plans and geometric monitoring
• Consistency between design/industrialization
• Resolution and treatment of interface issues impacting perceived quality and vehicle assembly

Required profile :

• Good level of French and English (Spoken & Written)
• High adaptability and initiative
• Good organization and needs scoping

Tools:

• Quality: MSP, 8D, 5M
• CAD: PLM, Catia

Additional skills:

• Knowledge of VRED / DELTAGEN tools
