Job :

Design, deploy, administer, and evolve identity and access management solutions to ensure that each user has the appropriate authorizations, at the right time, and in compliance with security and conformity requirements.

• Administer, configure, and maintain IAM and IGA platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or equivalent solutions.
• Design and automate identity lifecycle processes: employee arrival, mobility, and departure.
• Implement account and authorization provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Configure workflows, rules, roles, access policies, and certification campaigns.
• Integrate new applications into the IAM scope via standard connectors, custom connectors, or APIs.
• Deploy and maintain authentication and federation mechanisms: SSO, MFA, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Participate in the definition and evolution of RBAC models as well as segregation of duties (SoD) rules.
• Provide advanced support and handle incidents related to access, provisioning, federation, and authorization anomalies.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to remediation plans.
• Participate in the design, testing, migration, deployment, and operational and security maintenance phases.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, Active Directory, compliance, business application, and audit teams.
• Write and maintain architecture documents, operating procedures, administration guides, and incident reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement, automation, and security of IAM processes.

Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, or equivalent field.

• Proven experience in IAM, with hands-on experience in integrating, administering, or supporting an IAM/IGA solution.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into secure technical solutions.
• Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, and ability to solve complex problems.
• Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and ability to work with technical and business teams.
• Ability to work in a demanding and international client environment.
