Job :
Join our company and take part in the construction of stadiums, training centers, and sports complexes in Riyadh. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical installations according to project requirements and applicable standards.
Main tasks
- Review mechanical plans, calculations, and specifications.
- Supervise HVAC, plumbing, drainage, irrigation, and fire protection systems.
- Check materials, equipment, and shop drawings.
- Control the quality of installations on the construction site.
- Coordinate work with architecture, structure, and electrical teams.
- Follow up on tests, commissioning, and the resolution of snags.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi codes and FIFA technical requirements.
Required profile :
Profile sought
- Master's degree (5-year university degree) in mechanical engineering.
- Professional experience of 7 to 15 years.
- Experience in at least one stadium, training center, or sports complex.
- Proficiency in air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Good technical coordination skills.
- Good command of English.
Required codes and standards
- Saudi Building Code (SBC), including requirements for mechanical systems, plumbing, energy efficiency, and fire protection.
- ASHRAE standards for air conditioning, ventilation, and thermal comfort.
- NFPA standards for safety and fire protection.
- IMC and IPC codes applicable to mechanical and sanitary installations.
- FIFA Football Stadiums Guidelines, concerning mechanical systems for stadiums.
- FIFA requirements for Team Base Camps and Training Sites.
- FIFA Quality Programme for Football Turf, regarding field drainage and irrigation.
- FIFA/CAFE requirements for accessibility and spectator facilities.
