Job :

As part of the industrial development of its DANOMED plant, the DANOSA Group is looking for a Senior Process Engineer to lead the performance and industrialization of its production lines.

Main responsibilities:

• Optimize manufacturing processes in terms of safety, quality, productivity, and costs;
• Lead continuous improvement and deploy the Group's industrial standards;
• Ensure the launch of new processes and products (industrial trials, commissioning, ramp-up);
• Guarantee the stability and reliability of production lines;
• Coordinate production, maintenance, quality, and R&D teams.
   

Required profile :

• Engineer (chemistry, industrial, materials, or equivalent);
• Significant experience in process industry (bitumen, plastics, extrusion, or similar) and industrial team management;
• Confirmed experience in continuous improvement and industrialization;
• Technical leadership, analytical mindset, and results-oriented;
• Ability to work in a fast-growing industrial environment;
• Perfect command of French (English is a plus).
