Job :
- Ensure the management and optimization of production processes
- Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs)
- Propose and implement continuous improvement actions
- Supervise production teams and coordinate with other departments (maintenance, quality, logistics)
- Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and flow optimization initiatives
Required profile :
- Engineering degree in industrial engineering, production, mechanical, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Good command of production management tools
- Analytical skills, rigor, and sense of responsibility
- Good level of French (English desired)
