Job :

  • - Participate in the scoping phase led by the Project Manager and understand the functional requirements and the different steps of the business processes for the relevant scope.
    - Take charge of the development, integration, configuration, and maintenance of applications and solutions, according to development, quality, and security standards, while respecting deadlines.
    - Monitor the execution of unit tests and perform internal testing activities (Visa/MasterCard/other Simulators, integration testing, functional testing, load testing, etc.).
    - Ensure the quality of the code produced and adherence to coding rules, and perform regular code reviews/refactoring.
    - Formalize and ensure the reporting of information (project progress, remaining tasks, risks and alerts, activity logging, etc.) according to the established governance and tools.


    - Verify the compliance of practices with current management rules and standards.
    - Identify, implement, and supervise corrective actions to align with current management rules and standards.

    - Perform analyses and prepare project documents.
    - Consolidate input information and data and take charge of developing project deliverables.
    - Prepare progress reports, in line with the schedule, and explain any deviations.

    - Perform duties as an individual contributor within a team.
    - Share information with the team, and collaborate to solve problems and achieve common goals.

    - Attend team activity meetings, share information, and report any blocking situations or alerts.

    - Report elements from their scope that feed into activity reports.
    - Respond to specific requests from management.
         
  • Pre-sales Support "Ensure the study and qualification phases of merchant needs.
    Analyze merchants' technical needs (integration type, volume, payment flows, services, etc.).
    Propose suitable solutions (API, plugin, etc.).
    Contribute to writing technical specifications.
    Identify technical constraints and risks."
  • Merchant Integration "Assist merchants in integrating the PT2 solution.
    Ensure environment configuration.
    Verify the end-to-end compliance of payment flows (merchant site -> PT2 -> Powercard)"
  • Assistance and Technical Support "Assist merchants throughout the integration process.
    Provide Level 1 support and analyze technical incidents (integration errors with merchant sites, payment errors, rejections, timeouts, etc.).
    Interact with internal teams (Business, Payment, Security, etc.) and external partners."


    Testing and Go-Live "Implement test scenarios according to the developed specifications.
    Manage the integration testing phase.
    Monitor and assist merchant pilots.
    Ensure merchant go-live.
    Write and document integration guides."


      

Required profile :

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, IT, project management, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in project management, ideally in the payment, banking, or payment systems sector.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, V-Model, etc.).
  • Good communication, organization, and leadership skills.
