Attijari Payment Processing, a Monetics subsidiary of the Attijariwafa bank Group, centralizes the Monetics processing for all subsidiaries of the Group in Morocco. It supports these subsidiaries in optimizing their investment costs and guarantees the smooth running of Monetics activities. Among other things, it allows them to innovate by offering high value-added products and services and, above all, to align their Monetics strategy with that of the Group.
Job :
- Participate in the scoping phase led by the Project Manager and understand the functional need as well as the different stages of the business processes for the perimeter concerned
- Take charge of the development, integration, configuration, and maintenance of applications and solutions, according to development, quality, and security standards, and respecting deadline constraints
- Monitor the execution of unit tests and carry out internal testing activities (Visa/MasterCard/other simulators, integration testing, functional testing, load testing, etc.)
- Ensure the quality of the code produced and adherence to coding rules, and perform regular code reviews / refactoring
- Formalize and ensure the reporting of information (project progress, work remaining, risks and alerts, activity logging, etc.) according to the relevant governance and tools

Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, IT, project management, or equivalent.
Proven experience of at least 3 years in project management, ideally in the monetics, banking, or payment systems field.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, V-Cycle, etc.).
Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills
