As a New Vehicle Quality & Logistics Engineer, your main missions will be to ensure the management, coordination, and continuous improvement of logistics and quality activities related to new vehicles (VN), from vehicle reception to their availability, while guaranteeing compliance, traceability, deadlines, operational quality, and the reliability of operational reporting.
1. New Vehicle Logistics Management
• Supervise reception and storage operations.
• Ensure tracking of incoming and outgoing vehicle flows.
• Optimize storage spaces and new vehicle fleet movements.
• Coordinate logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with logistics standards.
2. New Vehicle Quality Management
• Check vehicle compliance upon reception and before delivery.
• Monitor technical campaigns, updates, and manufacturer actions.
• Guarantee the correct execution of operations.
• Ensure traceability of quality & logistics operations.
• Identify anomalies and manage corrective actions.
• Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement plans.
3. Reporting & Performance Management
• Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to new vehicle activities.
• Monitor logistics and quality KPIs.
• Analyze performance gaps and propose corrective action plans.
• Implement operational monitoring dashboards.
• Ensure data reliability and updates.
• Produce performance summaries for management and operational teams.
• Participate in the automation and digitalization of reporting.
• Communicate KPIs during steering meetings.
4. Operational Coordination
• Ensure coordination between headquarters, the logistics platform, dealerships, and branches.
• Manage operational priorities and field emergencies.
• Participate in operational steering meetings.
5. Continuous Improvement & Digitalization
• Participate in projects to optimize new vehicle logistics flows.
• Implement operational standards and procedures.
• Participate in the digitalization of operations.
• Deploy monitoring and traceability tools.
Profile Sought
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Quality, or Industrial Management.
2 to 5 years of minimum experience in automotive logistics or new vehicle management.
Technical Skills
• Logistics flow management

• Knowledge of PDI / MLD / manufacturer standards
