Job :

Missions:

Analyze quality defects found on assembly lines and lead their resolution.

Ensure vehicles comply with quality requirements throughout the assembly process.

Perform root cause analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D, QRQC) and implement corrective and preventive action plans.

Monitor quality indicators (KPIs), identify deviations, and propose continuous improvement actions.

Participate in process and product quality audits and ensure follow-up of associated action plans.

Collaborate with Production, Methods, Industrialization, Logistics, and Supplier teams to resolve quality issues.

Analyze non-conformities, rework, and scrap to reduce quality costs.

Verify the application of quality standards and assembly procedures.

Participate in product/process evolution validations and ensure their compliance before production launch.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly processes by proposing technical and organizational solutions.

Required profile :

Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, quality, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive quality, ideally in an assembly environment.

Good knowledge of automotive manufacturing and assembly processes.

Proficiency in quality tools: 8D, QRQC, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Process FMEA (PFMEA), Control Plan, SPC, and PDCA.

Knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA).

Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel).

Good command of French and English.

Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
