Your role:
- Network link production and management on the client LAN
• Process client requests received via internal management tools
• Coordinate field technician interventions
• Provide technical support in case of switch and router malfunctions
- Access control request processing
• Process requests respecting the process timeline
• Ensure follow-up to guarantee delivery times
- Site saturation studies and actions
• Analyze site status and prioritize interventions
• Launch saturation actions
- Network equipment installation and migration
• Manage the installation, migration, or termination of routers and converters
• Place hardware orders and plan field interventions
- Back-office activities
• Update the internal network repository
• Create production request tickets for projects
Your performance indicators:
• Track the number of requests received / processed
• Request acknowledgement time
• Request processing time
Required profile :
The Network Engineer is responsible for centralized production management, mainly involving the deployment of management links and the IP connection of network technical equipment.
• Experience in managing network equipment production
• Knowledge of enterprise networks: LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN
• Proficiency in IPv4/IPv6 addressing (static, DHCP, DNS)
• Knowledge of static and dynamic routing (RIP, OSPF, BGP)
• Experience with firewalls and network access management
• Practical experience with switching and routing on Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent equipment
• Ability to deliver within requested deadlines
