As part of the After-Sales Department, you will support project management and the continuous improvement of After-Sales Service activities.

In close collaboration with the After-Sales Operations Director, you will analyze existing performance and processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the deployment of solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze data and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement in after-sales activities.
• Design and implement solutions to optimize processes and operational performance.
• Participate in defining and deploying action plans for improvement in collaboration with various teams.
• Monitor After-Sales Service projects and action plans, and their progress.
• Conduct profitability analyses to evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives and propose necessary adjustments.
• Provide support to field teams in analyzing and resolving complex issues.
• Train and support field teams in deploying new operating methods and solutions.
• Collaborate with After-Sales Service Marketing teams in designing and developing new products and services: maintenance contracts, extended warranties, packages, and associated offers.
• Stay informed about developments, new practices, and trends in the automotive sector.

Required profile :

• Graduated from an engineering school in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in problem-solving and project management methods and tools.
• You master the principles of Lean Management and can apply them in a continuous improvement approach.
• You are recognized for your rigor, analytical skills, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy cross-functional work with operational teams.
• You have knowledge of operational marketing.
• First experience or good knowledge of the automotive after-sales environment is a plus.
• You are fluent in French and English.
