Context of the mission:

As part of strengthening the Manufacturing teams of one of our clients, we are looking for a Coding Support Engineer / GENOME to provide level 1 support on the coding tools used by the client.

The consultant will be responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents while ensuring effective user support.

Main tasks:

• Provide level 1 functional support on CODIFICATION and GENOME tools.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve incidents reported by users.
• Ensure monitoring and escalation of incidents when necessary.
• Support users in resolving their issues.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes.
• Quickly gain expertise on the tools and processes in the scope.
• Contribute to knowledge capitalization and solution documentation.

Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac+5)

1 to 3 years of experience

• Experience in application support or functional support.
• Experience with CODIFICATION and GENOME tools strongly desired.
• Experience in the automotive industry, particularly at Stellantis, is a real asset.

Essential technical skills:

• Experience in application support (Level 1).
• Strong command of Stellantis CODIFICATION and GENOME tools.
• Good analytical and incident resolution skills.
• Knowledge of user support processes.

Preferred technical skills:

• Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of the Stellantis ecosystem.
