Job :

• Symbioz Administration & Support

  • Analysis of recurring incidents and proposal of solutions
  • Ensure the management of resource and project repositories: creation, modification, and closure, and control their synchronization with the Orange group directory.
  • Ensure the processing of requests for assignment and deletion of rights in Symbioz, assigning the correct rights groups to resources based on their roles.
  • Eventually, provide reception and support for the proper use of all Symbioz applications to users.
  • Contribute to the analysis of reports and the quality of responses provided
  • Provide your expertise to establish an in-depth diagnosis when analyzing complex reports, and capitalize on and share encountered cases to contribute to improvement loops.


• Data Quality

  • During data creation and modification, implement business guidelines to ensure their consistency and usability
  • Regularly generate reports to check the input rate and completeness of project milestones, and inform departmental correspondents of any gaps or anomalies
  • Propose automation paths for certain administration and reliability tasks, and ensure their implementation
  • Perform control queries on Symbioz databases
  • Contribute to reviews of authorizations for Symbioz applications
  • Business administration testing
  • Contribute to carrying out tests during evolutions and updates

• Service Support / Operations:

  • Analysis and treatment of incidents/anomalies from application users or client complaints.
  • Preparation, execution, and monitoring of service operations (database querying, mass updates, ...) which are recurring, such as the analysis and treatment of orders in error, and database operations.
  • Collaboration with the operator (environment manager) for the treatment of production incidents.


• Maintenance:

  • Maintenance management: management of correction priorities, in collaboration with Development and Operations (MOE/MOA).
  • Tracking and monitoring of bugs in production and reporting them to projects for correction.
  • Monitoring of production deployments.


• QS Improvement / Reporting:

  • Analysis of recurring incidents and proposal of solutions: writing Change Requests (CR) - Identifying problems.
  • Management of meetings & monitoring of L2 and L3 activities
  • Contribution to meetings for Analysis and Improvement of the quality of applications within your scope.
  • Development of improvement proposals related to data, flows, or recurring operations using complementary or integrated software.

Required profile :

With a Master's degree (engineering school or university equivalent), you have significant experience of 5 years in a similar position.

Skills sought:

  • Good command of languages (PHP, JS)
  • Proficiency in MySQL, Oracle databases (SQL, PL/SQL), etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Unix or Linux operating systems
  • Knowledge of MVC methodologies
  • Proficiency in Excel and Visual Basic (VBA)
  • Proficiency in office tools
  • Good knowledge of SQL language and Scripting
  • Knowledge in management control
  • Good interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and quality focus.
  • Be autonomous, responsive, and open to new challenges.
  • Ability to analyze and handle an incident from all angles (correction, impact study, communication, proposal for procedure improvement).
  • Fluent French and good written and oral communication skills, ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Be supportive, enjoy working in a team, and sharing experiences.
  • Good knowledge of technical English.
  • Autonomous and rigorous, possess good writing skills, and be capable of managing an activity and prioritizing tasks.
  • Be interested in the life cycle of production solutions and their optimization.
