Job :
As a support engineer, the main activities will be:
• Symbioz Administration & Support
Analyze recurring incidents and propose solutions
Ensure the management of resource and project repositories: creation, modification, and closure, and control their synchronization with the Orange group directory.
Process requests for granting and revoking rights in Symbioz, assigning the correct rights groups to resources based on their roles.
Eventually, provide onboarding and support for the correct use of all Symbioz applications to users.
Contribute to the analysis of reports and the quality of responses provided.
Provide expertise to perform an in-depth diagnosis when analyzing complex reports, and capitalize on and share encountered cases to contribute to improvement cycles.
• Data Quality
During data creation and modification, implement business guidelines to ensure their consistency and usability.
Regularly generate reports to check the data entry rate and completeness of project milestones, and inform departmental correspondents of any missing information or anomalies.
Propose automation solutions for certain administrative and reliability tasks, and implement them.
Perform control queries on Symbioz databases.
Contribute to reviews of authorizations for Symbioz applications.
• Business Administration Testing
Contribute to conducting tests during evolutions and updates.
• Support / Service Operations:
Analyze and resolve incidents/anomalies reported by application users or customer complaints.
Prepare, perform, and monitor service operations (database queries, bulk updates, etc.), both recurring and ad-hoc, such as analyzing and resolving order errors, and performing database operations.
Collaborate with the operator (environment manager) to handle production incidents.
• Maintenance:
Manage maintenance: prioritize corrections in collaboration with IT Development (MOE) / IT Business (MOA).
Track and monitor production bugs and report them to projects for correction.
Contribute to meetings for Analysis and Improvement of the quality of applications within your scope.
Develop improvement proposals for data, workflows, or recurring operations using complementary or integrated software.
Required profile :
With a Master's degree (engineering school or equivalent university degree), you have significant experience of 3 years in a similar role.
Skills sought:
Good command of languages (PHP, JS)
Proficiency in MySQL, Oracle databases (SQL, PL/SQL), etc.
Basic knowledge of Unix or Linux operating systems
Knowledge of MVC methodologies
Proficiency in Excel and Visual Basic (VBA)
Proficiency in office tools
Knowledge in management control
Good interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and quality-focused.
Be autonomous, responsive, and open to new issues.
Ability to analyze an incident and handle it in all its aspects (correction, impact study, communication, proposal for procedure improvement).
Fluent French and good written and oral communication skills, ability to adapt to different interlocutors.
Be supportive, enjoy teamwork, and share experiences.
Good knowledge of technical English.
Autonomous and rigorous, with good writing skills and the ability to manage an activity and prioritize tasks.
