The main objective of this role is to ensure the technical superiority of our operations. This involves proactive and strategic management of all aspects related to production, quality, safety, and maintenance. The goal will be to develop and optimize methods and tools to ensure maximum efficiency, flawless regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the overall performance of strategic production equipment and technical teams, ensuring the achievement of objectives while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Your strategic vision will allow us to anticipate technological changes and ensure long-term competitiveness.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will revolve around several strategic areas:

• Manage the maintenance function, whether preventive or corrective, to ensure optimal equipment availability and minimize downtime.
• Manage technical budgets, optimize operating and investment costs.
• Implement and ensure strict adherence to quality policies within your scope, by managing continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the conformity of products and processes.
• Participate in the development of the company's technical strategy and its operational deployment.
  Ensure compliance with current regulations and anticipate regulatory changes.
• Supervise, motivate, and develop the skills of the technical teams under your responsibility.
• Develop and implement robust safety strategies to prevent occupational and industrial risks, ensuring the protection of people and property.

Required profile :

To excel in this position, a solid academic background is expected. A degree of Master's level (Bac +5) and above is required, ideally complemented by a specialization in key areas such as Production or Maintenance. This higher education will have provided you with an in-depth understanding of the technical and managerial challenges specific to our business sector.

The company is looking for an experienced personality with significant experience ranging between 10 and 20 years. This period will have allowed you to develop sharp expertise in managing technical operations, ideally in similar industrial environments. Proven experience in managing technical teams and leading large-scale projects will be a major asset for success in this role.

Beyond your education and experience, several behavioral and technical skills are essential for success. You possess a developed strategic vision, a high analytical capacity, and a keen sense of decision-making. Your natural leadership allows you to unite and motivate teams, while demonstrating rigor and organization. Excellent communication, both written and oral, is essential for effective interaction with various stakeholders. Proficiency in computer tools and specific technical software is also expected.
