Your role will be essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. As the guardian of API performance, you will directly contribute to our users' satisfaction and the success of our projects.

Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and executing rigorous test plans for APIs. You will be responsible for identifying defects, writing detailed bug reports, and collaborating closely with development teams to ensure problem resolution.

Your missions

• Define and implement the functional testing strategy, with a strong focus on API testing
• Design, execute, and maintain functional and API test cases using Postman
• Validate exchanges, business rules, and data via APIs
• Identify, document, and track defects (ticketing tool)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Write clear test reports and ensure smooth communication with project teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and practices

Required technical skills

• Functional testing of Web applications and services
• API testing with Postman (collections, environments, assertions)
• Good knowledge of data validation (SQL)
• Familiarity with versioning tools (Git)
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum environments
• Knowledge of automation or CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Required profile :

A Master's degree (Bac+5 and above) is expected, ideally in a field related to Information Technology.

With 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing, particularly focused on API testing.

• In-depth mastery of the Postman tool for API testing.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and API specifications (Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Scripting skills for test automation (e.g., JavaScript).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills for teamwork and effective communication.
