• Writing and updating instruction sheets (FI) for pre-wiring and assembly workshops, in accordance with 3D plans and technical specifications.
• Calculating methods times (takt time) to optimize production processes.
• Analyzing supplier plans and data to anticipate the need for tooling, materials, and workstations.
• Adapting documents following changes in electrical configuration or design.
• Writing and updating instruction sheets (FI) for pre-wiring and assembly workshops, in accordance with 3D plans and technical specifications.
• Calculating methods times (takt time) to optimize production processes.
• Analyzing supplier plans and data to anticipate the need for tooling, materials, and workstations.
• Adapting documents following changes in electrical configuration or design.
• Identifying bottlenecks and proposing corrective solutions (process, tooling, documentation).
• Verifying the compliance of methods documents with CAF and client standards.
• Contributing to the traceability of changes and the improvement of document quality.
