Job :

Within the Development Department, you will be responsible for developing and retaining our network of partner brokers and prospects. You will contribute to the company's commercial development by managing a portfolio of brokers in a dedicated area, from one of the sites.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and retain a portfolio of brokers.
  • Recruit / prospect for new partners and support the existing network.
  • Implement the commercial strategy and promote the company's products.
  • Ensure commercial follow-up, reporting, and competitive monitoring.
  • Implement commercial actions and participate in events.

Required profile :

  • You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Marketing, Management, Communication, etc.
  • You have good command of sales techniques and a good level of French, both written and spoken.
  • You are a tenacious, dynamic, responsive, motivated person with real interpersonal skills. Your active listening, sense of responsibility, and desire to develop results are among your qualities.
